We all know diet and exercise impact our physical health.  Our emotional health is just as important.  This program provides insights into our feelings and how they affect our well being.  Managing anxiety, assessing self-esteem and making decisions will be discussed in a supportive, friendly atmosphere.  Open to all adults.
